About BidRoute

Built for contractors, by people who know the grind.

BidRoute was born from the real frustration of navigating government tender portals — scattered documents, missed deadlines, and surprise corrigenda.

Workflow, not just listings

We're not another tender search engine. BidRoute helps you act after you find a tender — review files, track deadlines, and prepare your bid.

Built for teams

Assign documents, see who has what, and keep everyone aligned — whether you're a solo contractor or a growing firm.

Local first

Designed for contractors in Ladakh and nearby regions. We understand the portals, the timelines, and the day-to-day workflow.

You stay in control

We never submit on your behalf. Final submission stays on the official portal with your DSC — we just make sure you're ready.

Our mission

Make every contractor bid-ready, without the busywork.

Discovery, deadlines, and document prep in one calm workflow — so you can spend less time chasing portals and more time winning work.

Built in Leh, by someone who watched the grind up close.

BidRoute is built by Stanzin Norzang, based in Leh, Ladakh. It started with a simple observation: contractors here check the eProcurement portal, the district notice board, and the newspaper every morning — fighting the portal's friction at every step — and still miss corrigenda that move their deadlines. BidRoute exists so that morning routine takes one app instead of three websites.

Questions, corrections, or a tender we missed? Write to hello@bidroute.in — during beta, the founder reads every message.

BidRoute is not a government website. It is an independent tool, not affiliated with NIC, GePNIC, CPPP, the Ladakh eProcurement portal, or any government department. We never submit bids on your behalf — final submission always happens on the official portal with your DSC, and tender details should be verified there before you act on them.
