Service description

BidRoute provides workflow tools for government tender bidding. We help you discover, organize, and track tender information. We do not submit bids on your behalf.

No legal submission

BidRoute is a preparation and tracking tool. Final bid submission must be completed by you on the official procurement portal using your own Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). We are not responsible for any submission outcomes.

Data accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, tender data should always be verified against the original portal. You are responsible for verifying all information before making bidding decisions.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Supplier Network & Project Support (Beta)

The Supplier Network and Project Support are early Beta features. BidRoute introduces contractors and suppliers; it is not the supplier, seller, logistics provider, lender, or guarantor for any order, does not process payments or hold inventory, and does not guarantee supplier availability, delivery, price, or quality. Quotes and terms come directly from suppliers, and any resulting transaction is solely between the contractor and the supplier — you are responsible for verifying details and agreeing terms directly. Supplier applications and business profiles created through “List your business” are saved as private drafts, stay private until submitted, are reviewed manually, and are not published automatically; submitting a profile is not an approval. As with the rest of BidRoute, we never request or handle government tender passwords, Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), OTPs, private keys, final BOQ rates, or your final bid submission.

Limitation of liability

BidRoute is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed deadlines, incorrect data, or any losses arising from use of our service. Always verify tender details on official portals.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of BidRoute are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
