How we use your information

• To generate checklists and readiness assessments

Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use role-based access controls and maintain audit logs. Your documents are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.

Supplier Network & Project Support (Beta)

If you apply to join the Supplier Network, we collect the business and contact details you submit (such as business name, contact person, phone, WhatsApp, email, location, categories, and service areas) to review your application and contact you. Supplier applications are private: they are not published on BidRoute automatically, and we may contact you to verify your business details before including you in supplier matching. Project Support is a Beta concierge/introduction service — if you ask us to help source materials or services, we use only the details you choose to share to make introductions.

If you create a business profile through “List your business”, it is saved as a private draft and stays private until you choose to submit it for review. Submitting sends it to our team; it is not published automatically, and submitting is not an approval. You can contact us to update or remove it.
